Men Care Then What?

Here's what nobody tells you about male caregivers:

They exist. In massive numbers. And most of them are doing it in complete silence.

Not because they don't care to be known. Not because they're not struggling. But because everything they were taught about "being a man" is actively working against them asking for help, naming their feelings, or admitting they're one prescription refill away from losing it.

Today we're talking about the fathers, husbands, sons, and brothers who became caregivers—whether they chose it or life chose it for them. And more importantly, we're talking about what happens to them after caregiving ends. We are still talking about the Caregivers Afterward.

Because that's when the real earthquake hits.
